Seriously?
Depends on your doc. Most of us do yogurt, high Protein, low carb. 3-5 meals a day. Protein first, 2-3 oz per meal.

I finally went and bought new underware yesterday. This is only the second time I have and Ive lost 193 lbs... first time was after 100 lbs gone.. so you can just imagine lolOmg kristy! I do understand. I ran out. ..lazy in wash i guess (of my newer sizes) so i put on a pair that i had bought about 4 months out. Threw em all away when i came home that night. No more baggie underwear for me.

My hubby found this and bought it for me... It was perfect for the warm weather todayI've had it since 3:30 and its 10:30 and I still more than half. Good sipping drink still drinking my Water.
But I think it's going to popular for me this summer

I disagree with the carbs comment. Unless you are at goal weight-I.e.a bmi of 25, You need Protein before and after exercise.

no....at least you didn't swallow it. I've actually done that in the past just to taste it. I felt very pathetic afterward. Don't sweat it....try to focus more on your goal and drink plenty. I would also suggest doing things that distract you from feeling like your hungry....do you nails' date=' hair, read, watch movies, etc.[/quote']Lol...yup... don't swallow! !

(((Hug))) jayla. My daughter's husband goes on deployments. It's tough. But look at it this way- hard to get pregnant for 6 months, and you will be so skinny when he returns. ... you might need extra protection if you want to avoid it.
My daughter has 5 little ones all from returns from deployment, lol!
