You know...it's funny. All the convince in the world can't make you do this successfully. Bottom line, you need to be sick and tired of being sick and tired of being where you are at, and trying every diet in the book, and feeling bone exhausted at the end of every day, hurting, or being sick or both. Some are not glad they had the surgery. Many are. Your reasons have to be YOUR reasons.

50 lbs is amazing...and in 8 weeks... good job!

Its official! As of yesterday, 100 lbs lost from my high weight of 288! I weighed in at 187.8! Absolutely amazing.

Drink 2 Protein Shakes a day...that will add 400 calories. You need way more calories and Protein.< /p>

Have been eating salads for at least two months. Eat a small amount, chew it good, and see what happens.

Paul... Make sur you are getting enough Iron. This affects whether or not you feel cold.

I have...it's Protein and Water related. Increase your protein and drink more water. Also, how many calories are you eating a day? Your body fights starvation hard.

Your body is still swollen and holding on to whatever it can. You probably are still retaining Water as well. Drink your water, eat your Protein and relax. Think of it this way. Have you ever lost 8 lbs in 13 days before? It will come off. It's hard to be patient. Thus my name, slowtogo...lol!!!

I was told a one ounce medicine cup every 10 min.

Me to, but no meds. Can't take em...they affect the resting rate of the heart.

How are you feeling mizzlaw? My marriage suffered greatly...have been separated 2 plus month now, but I feel great...so it's one step at a time. Almost 6 months since surgery. I got very tired of being the only one working on this marriage.
