Bucket List - Being able to have children with my husband - Fitting into a roller coaster( a bit childish but a happy tibulation to overcome). - Being able to bend down without losing my breathe. I know its not much, but, all I truly want is lead a healthier and much happier life with my husband with the hopes of having a familt with him. It's true the road is arduous and tedious, but without the trials and tribulations that we have surpassed and will surpass, we move towards being happy with ourselves and those that surround us. Quick and healthy recoveries to those of you that have under gone surgery already and those having surgery this month. We've finally made it to the finish line. Lilli

Also, I suppose we give up caffine because once the process has been completed our body reacts differently to it seeing as it is a stimulant just as with the consumption of alcohol. But then again I'm not 100% sure, but that is my understanding of that situation.

Good morning Judy. Welcome to the club. To answer your questiins: - my dr has me on a similar diet i know a few have the liquid diet in order to reduce the size of the liver prior to surgery and i assume as a way to get acustomed to taking the liquid protein. - For those that have a negatove understanding of rny all that needs to be said is that you are doing it for yourself and the benefits out weigh the dangers or anything along those lines.

I could not agree with you more. It should not be deemed a loss rather a gain. Manybof us are gaining freedom from eliminating thos milestone, and I for one do not want to look for the lost weight once its gone. The entire process we each have to surpass to reach our ultimate goal can only make the victory that much sweeter. After so many years of bad habits and negativoty its time we take the reins and lead on to a greater good.

Thanks Jessica. I been hearing about that one a lot too. I heard some generic brands are good too. But i guess the perfectionist in me has to research everything to the ground. Hopefully the ones that i found dont make me sick. Lilli

Its wonderful having a great support system. I know thats what my husbamd says but ultimately this decision is our own and we are trying to better ourselves. Congratulations and the best of luck!

I can relate. Im so glad i decided to get the surgery and am excited for my life afterwards. Its depressing when you feel bad about who you are and know the only one to bpake is yourself. Keep your head up girlie. With hard work and dedication you can feel better. I know i do.
