For me the worst is behind me. The pre op liquid diet was the worst. I have really had any problems. I lost 82lbs. Mind over matter. I love working out now, I love the look on people's faces when they see me -
My dr told me if I was a patient person the band would work, I am NOT patient so I went. RNY the band needs adjusted and etc.

Those are insane questions and I was not asked those. As the daughter of a psychiatrist I would have walked out! They asked me why I wanted the sugery and about my support at home and work. Typical questions on self esteem and etc, nothing to do with aliens and cartoons

So many unhealthy things associated with soda, that I'm not going back to drinking it. I went through all this is be healthy and make the better choices concerning my health. I'll do as my dr said and avoid it. I do miss it but as much as I'd miss my new body by going back to bad habits

I was just honest with people and have been blessed that no one said anything non supportive in front of me at least. Remember you did ths for you! Maybe it's time you find out who your real friends are. Mine offered to walk with me and even came to see me in the hospital. People even offered to help get my son to his activities. I'm blessed -

Took me a year and a half to go through all the clearances and appointments I was past due ready to be done. Then I got my sugery scheduled during the busiest time if year at work so I could only take a week off. All of it was worth it! -
