It sucks to stall, I'm 6 months out and it's getting harder, I exercise and eat 800 calories a day but still sometimes I want to scream then I think.....this is a lifelong journey nit a sprint.

I never kept mine a secret. I just figured people would figure it out so why hide it. People are going to talk one way or the other so I just got out in front if it. The kids I work with we're amazing and supportive. I made this decision for me and any one who didn't like it can kiss my much SMALLER butt.

Everyone is different and what our bodies can tolerate is also different. I'm 6 months out, to me it's not so much what I eat but how much. I ate a tablespoon of potato salad. I did forgo the cake for my sons birthday because I don't want to fall back into my bad habits. I haven't had pop in over 6 months and Minot going to. Each must determine what is right for us.

I was 250 in a 22/24. Carried all my weight in my front. I'm new 167 size 14/16 still forint heavy but down from a 44dd to a 49d your body changes and shifts. It's a never ending process but so worth it
