Thanks for responding guys I think I'll just go ahead and submit in November after my 5th month weigh in. ::fingerscrossed::Honestly some surgeons , just like getting a pay check , I went to my surgeons office a number of times just to get weighed or to give me paper work for test I have to take when in reality he could of gave me everything I needed to get the ball rolling , not one paper every 3 weeks .... Best wishes

Well' date=' may be you can give me some pointers. My surgery was 8/27 and I was down 14 lbs. but just like always with me, I've managed to gain most of that back. I don't get it, everyone kept telling me the weight was going to just "fall off". Ok...well I'd like to know when. I'm so frustrated and very annoyed at myself. I'm still having pain so still on pain meds and can't yet excersize. But I honestly don't understand how somebody can eat so little and not loose or even gain weight. I saw my surgeon on Thursday of last week and he didn't seem concerned, just said that some people loose in different ways, that I should be patient and just get through the recovery phase. This just all seems so wrong to me, I'm so dissapointed and wish I never put my body through all this. Sorry, just venting.I'm super glad you've been so successful...it must feel so good to have the weight off. Keep it up =']
I noticed when I increase my Water intake and Protein I lose more . I weighed 210 on surgery day 7/10. I'm 170 as of today. Try increase the Water and the Protien and see how you do, that has been working for me... Good luck

The only problem is they are kinda expensive. They have 40 grams of Protein. I really liked the green one. Melon Apple. when I was on the liquid diet these were a staple....but I had to order them online. I don't know what store carries then
Yeah the are about 5 a bottle, but when my hair started to come out a little bit i said i didn't care, i rather be broke than running around with no hair. Lol.....Do you have a GNC around?

How many of these do u have a day?
Surgiversary 8/27/12 @ 255lbs (Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk)
I try for two a day, i noticed if I drink in 2oz cups, or with a straw I can get the whole two bottles. When I first had my surgery I could only get a half of a bottle.

can we all agree that I'm right now?Are we talking about the Syrup or the drink itself?yes the syrup sugar free. But the drink itself does contain sugar. Not as much as the other drinks but does contain less than 20 mg.

Could you clarify this because I have the Starbucks app and all the app does is allow you to use your Starbucks card barcode' date=' show locations and play with your acount. No where on there does it explain what the drinks are.

This is what my app looks like , example of one of the drinks, you can change the sizes of the drink and the information changes a lil. I love this app, I remember thinking Starbucks coffee was too strong , now after surgery I'm there everyday the already know what I want

It was my understanding that ordering a "skinny" means nonfat and sugar free. Otherwise it would be a nonfat latte or sugar free latte. Combine the two and you have a skinny.
The best way to know is to download the starbucks app, skinny does not mean sugar free you do have to tell them sugar free
