Ok I am 3 weeks past surgery so far so good. I have one week more of pureed foods. Does anyone have a menu following the pureed foods. I just want sample of what is acceptable and healthy. Also, I want to thank each of you for your support and information. Each of you have been wonderful!

Sounds good. So far everything else is going as expected.

Surgery 8/23 all is well. I have six incisions need to have staples out next week. How will this go what should I be prepared for? No nausea, no dumping, no problems...praise God!!! I am experiencing this tightness, could this be from the surgery? I always feel like there is a pull a tightness. Anyone else experienced this? Outside of this nothing else.

Surgery on the 23rd! Finally home. I truly missed my bed. Very very sore now on to pureed foods!

I also had to wait 6 months. Please understand that this necessary. Gods word says, be anxious for nothing ... In due season. If you can't survive six months how will you be able make life long changes. Be strong, be informed and remember all things work in due time. Time will pass by so fast. Nothing good comes over night.

Pre-op and post I'd advice would be helpful! You guys are wonderful! I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this site. I am praying for each of us. I began my liver shrinkage on Aug 8 and I am down 10lbs.

My surgery is the 23rd of Aug. Any suggestions any recommendations? I sm so ready to get this over:)
