Well i started in Dec first surgeon visit them i had to do a 6 month diet and I finished in June and scheduled my surgery for July 17 2012 . it came and went to fast

I am sick of eggs already. I haven't had mash potatoes with cheese and sour cream what else can go in there

Do you pureer the chilli in the can or do you make it does it have meat in it.

They had Colgate or crest at the hospital so I just used that

Yes I am one day I will be able to have two bites of pizza every once in a while

Welcome!! I am so sorry to here you suffered for so long. I know the ease can be scary at first because what change isn't. Just remember why you did it and be proud of yourself. stay strong and just try that is all you can do.

I am 11 days post op and I told my husband and other ask me a month out about how I felt about the decision I made about surgery. I can honestly say sooner than that everything is going fine and no issues. I am down 17 pounds so far and that really makes me smile. But the people in the hospiltal got on my nerves because you don't get to sleep because you have breathing treatment, blood work, meds, and doctor visits. I stoped having pain two days before I left hospital. you will do fine and good luck. Welcome

okay you guys the kids ate pizza tonight for dinner and they kept asking mom you want some all I could say was no thank you I am having chicken noddle soup. They say again I know right. I am eat scramble eggs tomorrow.

Thx. I think I want some eggs and fat free sour cream I have a taste for it. I just wished I knew if my pouched was healing right. I don't feel any problems but that is what I fear is any leaks.

I haven't felt it yet but I am scared to let myself get to that point. I go to puréed next week can you pureer anything?

I bought some rage yogurt but there is no taste to me so I have to put something else in there.

I know sometimes I forget I am I had surgery til I look at my war wounds then I remember. Lol I still have to hold my side when I laugh though I don't want to hurt anything

I can't wait to get all recipes together for my big day of eating on day. I am on day 11 it feel like I had the surgery a while agao

Mines were sealed as well no staples

I don't know if I can get it down because of the look of puréed food

Mines did not use staples but have to change dressing everyday but they look good after 10 days.

I want to take mines off but I will wait to see the surgeon. My tummy itches so bad though.
