I read this and wanted to post it for my October surgery buddies, and for everyone else. It really hit home for me!

Isn't it great to put you hands on your hips and actually feel your waist and hips. lol I do it all the time just to make sure it's not my imagination!

When I started I was 26-28 pants and 3-4x tops, surgery in October. Right now, 20 pants and 1-2x tops. Feels great!!

That's great! Good for you. I try my best to get 70g in, but its hard.

Isn't it great to put you hands on your hips and actually feel your waist and hips. lol I do it all the time just to make sure it's not my imagination!
