Almost 3 weeks out tomorrow is my firet appt since surgery. Ive been catching myself missing meals im not hingry all that much but have been living off popsicles to help with dry mouth from musvle relaxer. I have a lot of my energy back now and doing crap load of spribg cleaning lol. I still have 3 weeks til i go back to work but staeted back at gym the other day cant do anything over 10 but can work my way back to where i was. Felt good to be back at gym

This is the fitst time on almoet 4 years that ivr been udee 300 highest weight was 356 when i started procesz i was 308 surgery was 290 amd now 270 4/10 and have been cleared to go back to the gym

My was suupose to be 2 weeks but they couldnt get ne in til 3 weeks. This day 2 weeks ago i was in recovery drugged up lol

Im 2 weeks posy op and still use the special soap in my incision sites so i dont get an infrction worked pretty good

Today starts week 3 post op my first doc appt is the 30th a 3 week chexk in pains mostly gone i can walk normal now instead of a alow pace cuz of pain. still get winded a bit but other than that everythings going perfect. I made homemade chicken pot pie laat night corn peas green beans carrots low sodium chicken broth chicken breast chopped and bisquit over potatoes i blended about a 1/4 cup of all of it did prerty good

My lpn put a straw in Water pitcher thing i took it right back out lol

Before i had it some of my co workers said that and asked me if i could lose weight on my own y take the easy way. I was like i lost 10 lbs in 6 months they think is ok. Not me. Of couse bitched them up and down about the afterlife of bypass i was so mad

Ive had 2 c sections the pain on left side is somewhat normal thats were all the inside work was done im 12 days post op pain is mainly gone can feel it every once in a while. My first couple of days home was the worst. One day i couldnt even walk without pain. My docs said to start exercising on my own pace only u know the limits yhat ur body can handle . Gl with ur pain it does get better its major surgery if need be rrlax on the couch or chair nof sitting ipright or however feels comfy for u

It took me 10 days to get the sickness to pounch naseau really bad
