The funny thing is I am that young.....I think all that "extra" made me look older...I'm only 31. Thanks :-)

So funny how looking at a delicious plate of food like that does not do the same things to me that it used too.

I had a good more than I should have eaten meal a few days before surgery. Cracker Barrell....I don't think the meal was that unhealthy but the insane amount of corn muffins I ate....that's another story. Not knowing if is ever be able to tolerate those again made me attack them like a zombie after brains. NOW I can say....being 100 lbs lighter taste way better than corn muffins ever did!!!!!

I think you're fine....they know what they need you to do. I eat 6 small meals/snacks a day consisting of about 3 oz and I have lost consistently got 15 weeks. You'll be ok.

I knew they were big but not falling off big. Its called getting 2 small kids ready and being sleep deprived from the youngest being up most of the night....lol....I did much better today :-)

My husband called this redneck engineering. My pants were about to fall off at work today ( got dressed quickly and didn't realize these pants were this big now ) so I had to find done office supplies to keep them up....omg did I look like a clown !!!!

I've got a big girls night coming up in a few weeks. I've never been a huge drinker and am not worried about ever becoming one but I do plan on having a few drinks that night. A friend suggested something.another friend of hers did post surgery when she was going somewhere she knew she would drink...carry crystal light or whatnot with you....order a glass of water to mix crystal light in and a shot of vodka....mix together and you have your bariatric friendly cocktail....lol...or at least it was for her.

It will be here before you know it.....then you'll be a big LOSER like the rest of us on here!!! I believe this may be one of the only places on earth people are happy to be called losers :-) I sure am!

As if this day needed to get any better....one of my friends sent me "bye bye 100 pounds!" flowers to work....literally that's what the card says!!! Love her!

Thanks all! I know the other day when I weighed I was down 98 lbs so its just 2 more lbs lost but it feels so good to say that 100 #. :-)

Welcome. Just follow everything your Dr and nutritionist tell you and you will do great! Lots of info on this site and if you don't find what you're looking for...just ask...you will get plenty of feedback. Good luck!!!

Interesting...in regular grocery stores? Are they big like a protein bar? What I'm asking is can you eat the whole thing? Are the calories bad? Thanks!!
