That's what everyone says! My son thinks I'm crazy (he's 14) Went to the doc today and got to hear my babe's heartbeat! I'm on cloud 9 right now! They're switching me to a high risk doctor tho cuz my blood pressure is high, Iron is low and my scar tissue still is sore (had open RNY) plus they don't know jack about RNY so they're treating me like I'm made outta glass lol HW:358 DOS:338 CW:285 SD:1/28/13

That's what I said. Before surgery I tried for 13 years to have another baby. I took fertility meds and everything. I was only on birth control pills to make my period stop because sometimes it would last for months. I never thought in a million years I would get pregnant on my own. I got pregnant less than 2 weeks post op. Tomorrow I'll be 11 weeks post op and later in the weeks I'll be 10 weeks pregnant. HW:358 DOS:338 CW:285 SD:1/28/13

Idk. A little confused. Nutritionist says I need to be at 2100 cal a day to maintain a pregnancy. I think she's wrong and maybe the number should be 1200. Anyway I had 1/2 honey turkey sandwich and diced peaches. HW:358 DOS:338 CW:288 SD:1/28/13 -
I had a drink like a month postop. Naughty Naughty I know. It was one of those frozen mixed drinks. Caught a slight buzz and that was that. Didn't try the others I bought bcuz I found out that I was preggo before I had a chance to drink them. Surgeon said it was ok in moderation just be careful of how you react to it. Hey guys! Lost 50 lbs so far. I did have to up my calories because I'm pregnant but I'm still losing.

If you find that using them gives you gas or causes excess belching, don't use them. I use them, for some reason it makes it easier for me to drink.

My nurses sucked too. They gave me soda, ice cream and crackers. Total dingbats.

I cried my first 2 weeks because it seemed impossible to drink that much fluid in a day. It will get better. Now I can drink more and quicker. If I'm adamant I can drink a bottle water in 15 mins. Remember the days when we could slam a bottle of water in just a minute! Lol

Thanks for the thread. I thought something was wrong with me. My butt and leg bones hurt now. I slept on my left side all night one time and woke up so sore down to my bones.
