  1. It depends on your BMI, I got it for the four days i was there but did not take any home.
  2. I was on a full liquid diet the week before and lost 11 pounds and then clear the day before surgery. Has your doctor given you any pre op info or scheduled you for a seminar?
  3. I buy the champion at Target I paid like 20.00 bucks but worth it and I do not get them smaller because do not like mine squished in! See below,
  4. I did not but was on full liquid for two weeks and then clear for the day before surgery and believe me no laxative needed, lol!
  5. Chapstick, I was not allowed ice or Water till my tird day in the afternoon and the swabs help but chapstick made the lips feel better.
  6. Wow I had my surgery on 8/20 and I still cannot. It feels weird like if I have a lump in there. Thank you for all the responses just needed an idea!
  7. When did you feel comfortable sleeping on your tummy?
  8. I also took them the day I got home 2 strips and they melt away.

  11. Try to join a local support group. Go to your primary to see how they can help with the insomnia. Remember you will be loosing weight up to 18 mths, take advantage of this time to keep on track. When you are in control of your actions you feel good about yourself. Good luck and chin up!
