Ok. Love everybody's list. Having to wear two bras to exercise Walk in front of inmates with out hearing constant fat remarks yelled at me (I work in a prison) Won't miss pulling my shirt out of my back fat

Today was great! I love my surgeon and the staff at the office are so helpful! They helped me schedule my lab & other tests while I was there today. I have to do a 3 month weight-in for my insurance so one more in July and then in September. My sleep study test is the 14th and other tests are at the end of July!! I have to lose 10-15lbs pre-op. So I have to get started on that!!! Feeling better about the whole process and surgery now for sure.

I also have her DVD sitting on my shelf. I think she has one with retention straps to work your arms out that straps around your waist.

Wow! I absolutely love "respect the pouch" that may be my phrase to remember when I have my surgery! Thank you for sharing your journey. It makes you realize how much control you can have with your "tool" as you call it. I really needed that. Thank you!

I am 25. 5'2" and weight 250. I have my first appt with my surgeon on the 27th. I also have dealt with people putting me down for not "doing it the hard way". I also have friends who have been through the surgery and have never been happier! I have a very active 5 yr old boy. Hoping the surgery will help my PCOS.

Congrats on the loss! I'm 25 and have a phone intake tomorrow and first appt next Wednesday. I have 120lbs to loose. Everyone on here seems like a good group to have around!
