You're not using your core muscles, so your back is doing all the work your front used to do. Strengthen your core and the back pain will subside.

Hey. I have the same surgery date as you and I'm only down 35 lbs. my doctor is not worried, ha said I will have less trouble keeping it off if I do it slowly.

I'll tell you what works better than anything! Vagisil feminine itch cream. Or whatever other brand u find. Best.Stuff.Ever.

Pirate's Booty! Trader Joes has a version white cheddar or sour cream and onion. Put one at a time and chew. It will dissolve by the time you have chewed 5-6 times.

Why not save them until you know for sure you won't need them and the go buy stuff with the almost expired ones and donate to a shelter? Those of us who are used to living pay check to pay check often think that if I have it, I HAVE to spend it, not so if they give you a year to use it. You may need some more than your allotted amount around the holidays, or for birthdays or for another special occasion.

Try one egg scrambled in a coffee cup add a couple tablespoons of skim milk. Micro for one minute stir again then micro for 20-30 seconds and stir until u get the texture you like. Then add some shredded low far cheese and you eat right from the cup!

Stir really really well to mix up the powdered milk and there you have it!

I didn't mean to start anything. I just wanted to hear some cold hard truths which I have thanks to those who have shared. I can't imagine this has been an easy decision for anyone to have the surgery, and it's not going to be an easy decision for me or my family either.

I'm just trying to know as many stories as possible. Any one thing that you wished you had known to make you not have the surgery?

I'm in the process of getting all the tests done and I can't for the life of me find anyone who would not do it all over again except for some folks that are recent post ops. Thanks for your input.
