  5. Hello. Welcome to the group! I really felt the more I tried to diet, the more weight I gained. The medications I was taking for high blood pressure, migraines and fibryomyaliga was slowing down my metabolism. The junk food - pizza - kept me happy and energized. I also think stress plays a big role on the weight loss process. The surgery for me, took some of that stress away.

  13. I have pcos Which includes pmdd. Right after my surgery I had a 2 week - worst period of my life. Now, after a hospital stint with dehydration my period has come back again - mood swings but not as heavy or as much pain. Just a really horrible headache/ migraine. My doc said I need to see gyno for alternative BCP methods besides pill.

  15. Hi joe, I had kidney infection, dehydration and low potassium. But, to be fair I was pretty sickly before surgery and knew the healing process would be tough.
  16. I was flagged for some of my questions during the psy evaluations - such as night eating and the doctor wanted saved he would approve me but I still needed to come back for a follow up. During the follow up he pointed out some issues I might run into given my past etc and he was right. My first month after surgery was not easy - I thought I was going to pull a brittney and cut all of my hair off!!
