  23. I'm six months out and was having a hard time with dehydration and hunger so I started to make sure I was drinking 64oz of water a day at least per my Dr. So now that I'm drinking I figured it would help with some of my hunger between meals. I feel like I need to eat like every 2 hours. I'm trying to have healthy snacks with protein. I'm just afraid I'm over eating. Does anyone have this problem or any suggestions. I'm also wondering how many calories should we have a day?
