  1. My insurance requires a 6 month consecutive diet as well! This month was my second weigh in
  2. The grass is not always greener on the other side, take the time to water your own grass and it will be just as green . My husband is my best friend, my lover, my soul mate!
  3. I think it's important to remember that while your loosing weight and feeling/looking attractive again how it would have made you feel if your spouse were "flirting" when you were big. If your married there's no reason to be flirting. I'm sure it would suck if it were the other way around!
  4. I use a Quattro Mirage Full Face because like you I am a "mouth breather" and I love it!!! Best sleep I've had in years!!!
  5. When I had my sleep study the tech came in after two hours and said "you're apnea is do severe that I have to go ahead and put you on CPAP now. I can't let you sleep any longer with out it". I knew I had OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea), however I didn't know it was so severe! My AHI (which is how many times you quit breathing with in an hour) was 80.9!!! Yah, it's severe!!! I bill CPAP machines and supplies at my job so I borrowed a machine from work and hopefully after my surgery it will go away!! I feel soooo much better since I started therapy!!!

  10. Raquel, I am 5'0 and weigh 221 with a BMI of 42! I don't have a "goal" because I dont want to be disappointed if I don't reach that "number". I just want to be thinner than I am and healthy!
