  1. I had RNY last May. It's been 11 months and I'm only down 56 lbs. my surgeon wants to go back in to go deeper with the bypass. Scared, nervous and depressed!!:-(

  3. I'll be 4 months out on Sept 23rd. This is my progress so far. I'm down 60 lbs . It is not easy, we have to work at it but in the end we'll look and feel so much better. I also joined CrossFit which is the BEST type of workout you can do.
  4. Had a really bad day! I ate apple pie out of anger. I havent left the bowl now for 2 hours

  6. Jenn don't feel that way. You do the best you can . They aren't that type of place . They help u and support you. They treat me great!!!! Please just give it a try. I've never been so happy in my life!!!!
  7. Jeff look up Crossfit where you live. This is the best all around complete workout that you'll ever get from anywhere!!!

  12. Dl I am 3 months post op and I drink regular caffeinated coffee. Is that bad ?
