  1. Wowzers! Is all I can say! U look fabulous missy!!! Please tell us what ur diet consists of. My surgery is in July but if u can remember what u ate right after surgery that would help us out a lot!! Also how soon after surgery did u get started working out? U r a true inspiration to us here on rny!!! Keep up the good work!

  8. Hi all! My hubby and I r going thru this journey together. Hub is sch June 26, I'm scheduled July 11. We r so excited and ready for our new journey to begin( praying for no complications daily) hub got a call from dr office asking for around $3k a peice! Omg! But she did say we can get a payment plan going. Like we don't hav 6k just lying around. But I am so greatful for my insurance because I know this is am expensive surgery. Anyone else get a call at last min about money?
  9. Anj, I've been praying for u girl! Just keep trying dif foods puréed, broth, etc. tomato soup is good. I hope it turns around soon. What hap with ur hubby? Is he still going thru with it?

  17. Hi there! I suggest a book"weight loss surgery" for dummies. It is very informative. If u have iPhone u can download a sample for free. And buy later( nook, android too)
  18. Rt side high is ur liver area pob gas in that area. If it stays for long time tell ur dr. Hope u feel better soon
  19. Cool I have some ideas. I hear a lot of people hav trouble with chicken, so I'm gonna have other choices just in case. I've heard some people doing chili and purée it. I'm so scared of that phase but I'm gonna make sure we have a lot of choices. I hope and pray all of us have no complications and heal properly. I am gonna do my best to follow all the rules.   24. I kno how u feel! It is starting to set in that this is real. My hubby and I are doing this together so I worry for myself and him. We have to stay positive and plan ahead. Have u bought anything for post op yet?
