  4. You can do this. Just stay motivated. I had my surgery on may 1st, 2012. I have lost 76 lbs. I thought I would never lose weight like this. It's amazing. Good luck to you!!!
  5. I didn't know that a runny nose is due to dehydration. My nose runs all the time lately. Glad I read your post.
  6. I went for my blood work today. My dr apot is Wednesday for my 3 month checkup, since surgery. I have lost 70 pounds since may 1st.

  12. I am just exercising. And all I drink is water. I don't eat much at all because I am too full.
  13. Had my surgery on may 1 st. I have lost 42 lbs so far. It's a real big challenge. I have been wanting some ice cream and coke so bad but can't do it.
  14. I started going to the gym a week and a half after my surgery, but i didnt over do it or anything.
