  13. The one thing I always try to tell myself is no matter if I loose a 1 lb or 5 lbs a loss is a loss. Even if I don't lose any that's ok too cause look how far we have ALL CAME SO FAR ON THIS OUTSTANDING AND SOMETIMES DIFFICULT JOURNEY.
