  1. I had my surgery on Friday and came home Saturday. I had no complications at all thou
  2. I been eating Fiber one bars chewy bars (oats & peanut butter) works like a champ
  3. Well thanks Vamp there went that thought of just one sip of soda won't hurt me. Wow I can't believe it messed you up that bad. My friend said it did it to her too. Wow glad you were ok
  4. I agree Vamp the gas pain was actually worse than the surgery. I was up walking an hour after my surgery my nurses were freaking out but I knew I needed to walk to avoid pneumonia and blood clots.
  5. My calcium vitamins and my b12 are not to bad they taste like gummy bears lol I will get the name when I get home

  13. I was worried to cause I couldn't go but my dr told me its perfectly normal cause you don't have nothing in there but liquids
  14. The first month is the worst just have patience. I am 9 weeks out I lived on Sugar free popcicles and sugar free jello, oatmeal, broth it gets easier and easier

  17. My doctor had me on 5000 mg of biotin about 3 months before my surgery I am 9 weeks out and haven't noticed any hair loss. Just hang in there girl
  18. Nope I had acid reflux really bad before surgery but not since March 2nd
  19. Hang in there ladies it will get better its just a bump in the road to a better way of life I was feeling the same way before I still have my bad days and it's been 2 months but the bad days are getting less and less I have more good than bad now. .
