I feel like I need a nap most days.

I'm still a little sore in my left side, which is the side I sleep on. It keeps me from getting a restful nights sleep. Most mornings I wake up because I'm uncomfortable, not because I've had enough sleep.

I was pretty much back to normal at six to eight weeks. I'm also taking 1000mcg of B-12 daily. I can't really say that I'm certain it helps but it can't hurt.
