18 Months Post Op

I'm 18 months lost op I've lost only half the weight I wanted to lose so far I've lost 138 lbs any ideas on how to get the weightless moving again pls help

    I hate to use the " E" word..lol , but are you exercising? I have lots of trouble with being motivated to do that parrt of it. Any chance you live in the Kansas City area?

    I do by nowhere near enough and no I'm in Kentucky wish I had friends close I could atleast find time to go walking with
