I am almost a year out early on I ate 6 to 800 cals a day. Are you tracking Protein? Fluids?

I have done fairly well . My stats are SW 344 CW 204.2 I am 5 11 surgery date is August 20 2013

Here are my current and preop pics I am a lil over 16 months post-sleeve Left was pre at 319 Right 3 are current-within the past month at about 170ish-- finally hit 166.4 today!

I had the same fears! Now 11 months out and 136 pounds down and only 18 from goal I am jacked up! Lovin my sleeve! Just follow the program it works!

I am a bit overwhelmed with work these days as I prepare to relocate to the Middle East. I will be taking a leave of absence from my regular job for 9 months in order to 1) complete my PhD, and 2) do something I've always wanted to do...teach in a university classroom. I am currently jumping through hoops in order to prepare my company for my leaving as well as meeting all of the strict requirements for working overseas. I will be working at the Texas A&M Qatar campus and couldn't be more excited. There are drawbacks, of course, including a serious cut in pay (I'll be making 1/7th of my current salary, and I'm the primary breadwinner!) Also, my husband will not be coming with me for this assignment, although we are hoping we can plan a trip for him to come for a visit around Christmas. I'm telling all of this to let you know that I will not be able to manage the data for another challenge after this one. While I've had a heck of a lot of fun with these, I am just a bit overwhelmed at the moment and need to take a break. I hope that someone from this group will pick up the baton and run with it. I'm hoping someone will come up with some new ideas for the group, some new and exciting ways to keep people active, motivated, and engaged. I will miss this part of my week, this checking up on everyone and marking the group's progress, but I am in need of a break and can't figure a way around it. Can't wait to find out who is going to volunteer to take the lead next! Thanks so much, Bea

212.0 just a loss of .8 but I will take it. It is still a loss kind of puts me behind on goal. This was not a stall it was getting off plan last weekend.

Ooops! I seemed to have been confused on weigh in day! Sooooooo..... 169.7!!!

This Monday 212.8 wow 2.8 in a week it has been a long time since I have lost 2 pounds in a week! Don't know if I ever lost 3 pretty awesome!

SW 215.6 going to set my goal high on this one 205 that is a long shot but I want to be in onederland by August!

217 this morning

216.8 ever so close to goal. I just need to keep it clean for the summer I got 16.8 to get to my one year goal by 8/20/14

I took Tylenol after day 2 did not suffer and walked a mile a day. I took liquid but whatever works for you.

I am at 218.4 whooohooo crossed into the teens! Headed to onederland before the end of the summer!

Today's weight is 220.2 had a brief flash at 219 but alas Sunday dinner got me again! Still lost over a pound so I am happy 30 pounds from goal!
