where do you get the seaweed?

I have not talked to the Dr. I am eating protein shake for breakfast GNC lean. Lean protein the rest of the day have had a few veggies but I am having to focus on protein and water to meet my requirements. Taking vitamins my Dr recommended added fiber gummies last week but I am going to try the suggestions further down the page also.

one night released the next morning. Sitting in a chair 2 hours post op walking 3 hours post op. Which is common for Dr Miles.

hang in there it is worth it! 7 weeks out already having amazing results 56 and counting!

I could have protein shakes and cream soups yogurt........ I also had 5 of the best French fries ever made at day 10 of 14 LOL but that's not recommended.

I am on a I phone and don't seem to have some of the features of others do I have to be on the full site to do my profile and see others ticker or am I just missing something?

I was sleeved August 20 my Doc put me on a two week pre-surgery liquid diet due to me carrying so much weight around my middle ( a nice way to say I had a huge gut ) but that is shrinking nicely! Started at 343 down to 287 as of today. Just follow you doctors directions find foods you enjoy (I am still experimenting regularly) walk as you can my cardio is still less than some but I listen to my body we are all deferent. Congratulations

So I experienced loosing all my breakfast this morning and have been sensitive all day. I ate the same amount I have several times before but it was explosive this morning to say the least! LOL I am behind on water and protein but tomorrow is another day just don't want to aggravate my stomach any more. Has this happened to any one else? Oh I am 6 weeks and 3 days post op.

vomiting as soon as I was finished eating I knew it was not going to stay down.

I have been toying with the idea of surgery for years. Last year a friend had a sleeve with great results. I still struggled with how this would change my life, my addictive relationship with food....... How could I do this and be happy? How could I not? After years of weight loss and regain. In April of this year my Dad had some health problems and ended up in a coma. As I stood over him thinking I was saying good bye I was filled with anger at him for not taking better care of himself, then it hit me that the extra 160 pounds I was carrying was probably worse on my health than his smoking was on his. At that point I became committed to have the sleeve and do all I could to become healthier! On August the 20th I had my surgery the largest blessing of that day though was my Dad went with me. Fully recovered and smoke free! I am down 56 pounds total and walked 3 miles this afternoon my self esteem is soaring. Life is much deferent adjusting to a new way of eating and drinking has actually been fun. New foods, tracking everything I eat/drink. I am in love with with the new me. I still have a long way to go but am looking forward to the journey!

It was 7 days out for me but had Exactly the same result! OMG it hurt!!!
