  5. I'm sorry your flustered!! But I don't think your doing anything wrong as long as your following your dr's instructions. Your body is probably still in shock. Keep doing as instructed and it'll start falling off. Best wishes....This will work keep drinking your water

  7. That is hard core! Great job making your mind up! Keep reminding yourself why you did it these next few weeks! You can make it through it there are plenty of us rootin for ya! Most of us have been there and survived....you will too!!
  8. I quit a month before my surgery. Surgery was August 21st. I smoked for 16 years at least. Quitting once for a year when I found out I was pregnant back in 2010. I was also told about the skin not bouncing back fully if your a smoker. So I dropped that habit quick. Been feeling great ever since.....oh and my husband quit a few days before me to support me oh our new journey .....mmmmm He is however outta state which is why I believe we are still married after quitting at the same time HA Its hard I know but you can do it!! You'll be so happy you did after your surgery and you can do things like walk long distances and maybe even run later! Good luck on your journey

  16. Yes and no. My husband I've been with for 13 years also. Married 12 of those last Monday But he had said he was afraid I would get skinny and try to find a better looking younger man. AS IF! lordy I don't wanna go through all that again hehe I got him just where I want him (training wise) smirk.... I feel ya girl he's outta state right now and has been since 4 days after surgery. So big surprise waiting for him 43 pounds gone in these last 8 wks!I've got 3 more weeks to lose btw!! SURPISE lol When I first brought up having VSG he was all for it, then changed his mind then was all for it again. Then told me a few weeks before my surgery he was afraid I'd leave him for a younger man. It's funny how they think. But I told him you don't have anything to worry about as long as you keep on loven me the way you've been. I think they are afraid in some way about us having issues during the surgery.
  17. Sweet!! That's a great loss!!

  22. Yep just do as you are told and it'll work out! But don't don't don't advance your diet before, measure your meals and you'll do great? Did they do a leak test on you before you left the hospital? Mind didn't just wondering.
