  1. I have always suspected that varying my calories from from day to day, with some days being high calorie, some low, some middle helps drop weight.
  2. My husband and I eat out together at least twice every single weekend. We did this even when I was still on liquids only. Restaurants are very accommodating, I ordered a chicken type soup and asked for the broth only. Now I order whatever looks good and is mostly Protein.

Are they married? I could be wrong but for some reason I got the impression that they are not.
  4. Good luck! Let us know how it goes
  5. I was forbidden to lift anything over 10 lbs for three full weeks after surgery.
  6. Don't wait, please call your doc now!
  7. In my experience it started about 2.5 weeks out and would come and go for a couple weeks after that. I used a heating pad on it and that worked really well for me. I'm talking about a sharp burning pain somewhere below your large incision. If you are very concerned please call your medical team.
  8. Call your doc to be sure, but this is part of the healing process for your large incision. Even though it feels like it's in a different spot. Something about pooling blood I think.

This isn't directed at any one in particular and is meant as a general comment. I'm pretty sure she never said he was gonna leave his wife, or that she would even want that. In fact she stated that she had no intention of doing anything. She had coffee. And was honest about it. It's clear that many of you haven't ever found yourself living with emotional abuse. That is a good thing; however, that also means you have no idea what it is like. Please be kind.
  10. I'm watching this show for the first time as well. I don't understand why she doesn't have a job at her age? I believe she said she is 30. I think she is trying to be happy. Sort of like fake it till you make it.
  11. Susan33 yes they sell pb2 in many normal grocery stores or even Walmart / target etc
  12. No its not normal in any way. Run as fast as you can in the other direction. Love doesn't hurt like that. Real love feels kind and warm. Please do not take him back. Love yourself. You are worth so much more.

    .
  14. Prosecco, 50 cals/glass. Yes I know it's carbonated but it doesn't seem to bother me and the bubbles dissipate quickly enough.
  15. Graham Elliot had the sleeve. TV chef from Masterchef.
  16. CGJ, those all sound super interesting, thanks for the info!
  17. Were you grazing on a lot of carbs? If so, cutting back on those would almost certainly curb your appetite. Possibly a lot.
  18. In the checkout line area of old Navy they have little elastic doodads that pull in the waist of too-big pants. I found I was able to stretch out my time on larger pants with these really well. I think it's called something like "Hollywood Secrets".
  19. It's not a scam. I did the process, my doc wrote out the rx but in the end my insurance declined to pay. It was worth a try though.
  20. Another option is to stay in the U.S. and travel to have it done in Dallas or Las Vegas. The prices there are comparable to some of the Mexican options at approx 10 to 12k.
  21. @@CowgirlJane I love the documentaries too! Any standouts you would recommend? A few I enjoyed were Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, 20 Feet from Stardom, and Wh0re's Glory.
  22. Did you get any plan or instructions from your surgeon? What are you eating mostly? Are you getting enough Protein and fluids?
  23. Chubbsey1 me too, I'm excited to see if this Saul show is any good. I loved his character on BB.
