  3. A HUGE : THANK YOU to all who have replied. You all have been extremely helpful. MB - thank you for all your support. Lori's Mom - thank you for all your advice as well And Rog - thank you for your daily break down. I have tried over and over again to log back onto the site - using my Iphone, but it keeps kicking me out. Using my daughter's computer at the moment. I have been truly encouraged by everyone's input. Yes - I do use MyFitnessPal - it's a life saver for me. And as for me - my body HATES carbs.... so I am cutting way back on carbs. I believe that once I return to the work force - which I hope will be soon (I'm retired) I then - will be back into a structured, daily routine. I believe that will help me by leaps and bounds. I hope to post some really good news soon !!! Thanks to all and hope to see you in here again real soon. Molly

  9. I literally wake up with so much nausea and also stomach acid. Definite reflux at night. This began after using the stomach crunching machine at the gym. I was 2 months out when I began at the gym. I, however, had surgery complications. What should have been a 1 night stay- I had 3 . Also tons of scar tissue left from the lap band which caused my surgery to be twice as long. I'm just praying that I did no damage to the inside. Don't think so, but very very tired of feeling this way. Very sick until late afternoon. And one day im at the 20 lb mark - then back down to just 15, 17 or 18. Been stuck this way for weeks. Trying not to get discouraged. But kinda failing at that. Prayers would be appreciated ????
  10. @@msryan Thanks for your info. Right now I'm dealing with morning nausea - I hate it too :-/.
  11. @@mollyaz Can you tell me a little bit of your daily meal plan? Maybe I could get myself off this hump I'm on too. Thanks. My name is Molly too. From Texas. Thanks again. (I also posted a question about morning nausea) not fun :-/.
  12. I experience morning nausea almost (mostly) every morning. Curious if anyone else does too ? Thanks, Molly
  13. I've been at the same weight for a long while now. Discouraged a bit. But will stay positive. :-)
  14. I was sleeved 9/16/14. Sunday I reached the 20 # loss. Tuesday - had gained 3 1/2. Ugh. I love Taco Bell pintos and cheese and I add taco meat. Just enough portion wise and cheap ! I eat tuna, chicken and blackened catfish. Just joined the gym. Hoping to lose 77 lbs in a year. I wish I had a better testimony like some others. Soon :-). My starting weight was 223. I soon want to get into "one-derland". Praying for great success. Good luck everyone and send me some ideas :-).

  19. Slowly but surely - down to 205.6. It will come off
  20. I had the same problem. Evidently it comes with the surgery. It's like a silent partner :-/. Anyway - EVERYONE in here consoled me and helped me get through it. And you will too . Good luck ????
  21. @@LadyJo Good job !!!! I was sleeved 9/16/14. I've been wobbling back b forth with 17 and 19.8 lbs lost. I'm good with that. However just curious if anyone has , what I call "good days and bad days" - meaning : feeling great one day and terrible for the next 3 days. I had a few complications which caused me to stay in the hospital for 3 nights. I have episodes with nausea out of the blue. Diet hasn't changed. I'm sticking with puréed foods for a little longer. But the nausea just ruins my pretty Fall days. Any ideas ?
  22. I have a question - I am 4 weeks post op. Today I have begun to have stinging little twinges on my left side of my stomach (belly) about in the middle. Is this healing twinges ? Anyone else experience anything like this? It's not horrible - but a little bothersome. Thanks
  23. I too was instructed to bring my CPAP. I only used it at night. I ended up staying 3 nights. But as far as I know - no need for it during recovery. I did well. My sleeve was 9/16/14
