Post Op Pain Question

I have a question - I am 4 weeks post op. Today I have begun to have stinging little twinges on my left side of my stomach (belly) about in the middle. Is this healing twinges ? Anyone else experience anything like this? It's not horrible - but a little bothersome. Thanks
