Weight gain....
Yes my thyroid has been checked and is fine. As to watching what I eat...I don't eat bread. And rarely ever eat rice or pasta. I snack on fresh fruit and veggies and eat my protein first at meals which normally fills me up. ( but I am lucky if it is even 4 oz). I know that muscle weighs more then fat. And my clothes are not getting tighter which is a good thing! Just freaking over the weight gain when I have not even met my goal!

Weight gain....
So I was sleeved in July 2014, and lost 70 pounds in 5 months!!! Then it stopped...it has been 10 months since I have lost anything. What's worse is I have gained 10 pounds! Now in July this year I saw my surgeon and we discussed my weight and he said to up my exercise and I have....work out at a gym now with a trainer 3-4 days a week....I am very careful as to what I eat. I guess my question is has this happened to anyone else?? My surgeon did tell me that if in 6 months there is still no change he would do the bypass revision...just scared to have another surgery...

Sleeve June 8th, son'a graduation June 27
I was pain med free and doing great 5 days after surgery. And 2 weeks after my surgery had to take my son back to college which is a 4 hour drive one way and did fine. But not everyone recoups the same. I definitely didn't expect to be doing as well as I was that soon after.

Think I goofed up...

I actually would take a small piece of chicken the my husband cooked and purée it with chicken broth....I also puréed cooked carrots with onions to go with it! Granted I only ate maybe a tablespoon or two of both but it was good!!

I know the eggs were fine...my husband ate it also and had no problems. And I eat a scrambled egg with no problem. This just took me by surprise because it last for 3 hours!

Kidney stones...
The weird thing is I drink lots of water every day (4-6 cups a day!) I don't do salt and I am really careful with my diet. Not sure why I got them as I never had them before. And I had my gall bladder taken out years ago so I am glad I don't have that to worry about!
