So, no sneezing. But I will say that in my late 30s I realized that I had developed a gross throat-clearing problem when full. Now, my hopes that it would fade away after sleeve were not to be. But, happily, I was able to identify the cause (sugar and lots of it!). OTOH, my cousin had a sleeve first (later changed to DS after gaining a ton of lbs in grad school) and now swears that her body signals over feeding when her left ear turns red and becomes hot and itchy. If you are not overeating then it has to be the types of food that you are eating. I am on an extended business trip and I very quickly gained over 10 pounds in under 2 months from bad food choices. I'm taking it off now. I have switched to a low fat plant based diet. Google if you are interested, it's excellent for health and weight management. Have you tried a non-whey protein? I know there are some vegan ones out there as well as I think there is an egg-based one as well. I found that if I got the urge to smoke, I told myself go do something else for 5 minutes. I can always smoke later if I really need it. It worked and I never did get around to smoking. It's been over 5 years and I have less than no desire to ever smoke again. The cravings pass really quickly. It is totally doable, don't psych yourself out! You got this!
