  1. I weigh just about every day but only record on Mondays. It keeps me in check. Like another poster said ...if I didn't weight daily it gets easier to not weigh weekly and then .... Well then it gets bad.... This is really my own situation though. Essentially, as long as you can mentally work through the fluctuations that occur through out the week then this could be an option. Otherwise, probably once a week is sufficient.
