I do understand i had mine on 9-10-2013 and i hate not having nothing but liquid but just a few more days still i can have pudding. try diffident kinds of proteins shake and i was told i could have sugar free jello as long as i smashed it around in my mouth first to make it liquid first. think of the out come and this to shell pass. -
