  5. I did! It was wonderful! Although, I'm still shy about wearing anything that shows my scars around the pool. I just had to find something else to feel self conscious about. Ugh! Here comes those one pieces

  8. "Someone who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 149 pounds has a BMI of 24, considered a healthy weight. Add a pound and the same person has a BMI of 25 and is considered overweight. At 170 pounds this person has a BMI of 40 and is considered obese." Huh?!!!! Lol I'm 5'5" and currently 170, and NO ONE is gonna tell me I'm obese right now! Hm!
  9. Thank you for sharing your success story!!! Great tips!
  10. Truly, I've been getting an average of 40 grams. Somedays even 20 to 30. It really is hard. But one thing that always bumps it up is a premier Protein shake. Though I hate Protein shakes now. :-( Greek yogurt also, the fage plain has 18grams of protein and very low carbs. And I always add some fruits and/or sugar free fruity syrup to give it some taste. And I eat babybels as Snacks (light babybels give u 6gr of protein)
  11. I love mine too! :-) Congratulations on your success! So tell me, what is it like being a year and two months out? I'm 4 months out but still have 600-700 Cal maximum daily. How's your restriction?
  12. Sleeved september 27th. Lost 70lbs since pre op. 55lbs since surgery. So far, I see a pattern of losing 2lbs a week for me. I'm not having enough Water or Protein though :-(
  13. 170 today. Reached my goal!!!! :-) This brings me to a 70lbs lost since the start of this journey. :-)
  14. I take Fusion. I believe it is only with prescription but it does not have a taste (it's a capsule) and my doctor prescribed it to me. It's been sitting very well with me.
  15. You are too sweet :-) doing all this! It is AMAZING we lost 190 lbs as a group! 190 lbs that are no more. Sounds so wonderful! Congrats everyone!
  16. 1/3 of a banana, 1/3 cup of egg whites, 2tbsp of protein powder and voila! Blend them and cook as you would a pancake. This recipe made one big pancake for me, but I could only eat half.
  17. This morning I made pancakes with protein powder, egg whites and banana. It turned out alright and I had 16 g of protein
  18. I just had some sun chips :-/ That was my dinner. Bad bad bad, I know :-(
  19. Protein drinks get me nauseous now! I used to love anything sugary but I'm so picky now. These protein drinks are not an option for me anymore either. I always want to eat protein in from salty foods now.
  20. Ugh, also guilty of that. I make sure it is minimal though.
  21. How does your skin look? If u don't mind me asking. Ugh, I still can't get myself to do much of it
