low carb pancakes

So I made these low carb pancakes for dinner with some turkey bacon. They turned out pretty good. When I put them into myfitnesspal it's showing 20 calories per cake but not as much Protein as I'd have liked. 1.2 grams per cake. They tasted good though.

Yesterday I made gluten free banana protein pancakes. They were delicious and high in protein. Used coconut flour, coconut milk, and coconut oil so I guess you would have to like coconut lol

Sounds tasty and easy! How much of each?

1/3 of a banana, 1/3 cup of egg whites, 2tbsp of protein powder and voila! Blend them and cook as you would a pancake. This recipe made one big pancake for me, but I could only eat half.
