  1. OMG I hate isopure....they all taste the same to me....sucks
  2. I tried them all, premier protein is the best so far, 30g on a 11oz bottle.

  4. No soda for me, and I don't drink coffee or tea, it's been water only since October last year.

I'm sick and tired of chicken broth and shakes, hoping that Monday on my post op visit I get released to phase 3 (soft food), lost 25lbs since liquid diet 3 weeks ago.

  15. 48hrs, very little pain, only when I take a deep breath, never had the so called left shoulder gas pain, being going to the bathroom peeing regularly, no number 2 yet, can't drink or eat much, get full quick, no nausea or vomiting, can't wait to go home today

  21. I am scheduled Oct 17th but because I'm a federal employee all my leave and sick time got canceled so I might have to postpone the date to November... Tks GOP
  22. This maybe a silly question but I'm 6'1 and 306lbs, I wear size 3XL shirts a 44 pants, I have to order uniform for work and I don't know what to order? What size should I expect to be at my 200lbs goal? I'm thinking XL shirts and 40 pants
