How exciting and nerve wracking at the same time. These are normal feelings you go through during the prep before surgery. Good luck!!

Height, weight and loss
BCBS IL approval takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks, if your doctor office provides all the necessary information. It feels like forever though when you're waiting to hear back from your doctor regarding approval. Once you have your approval, you begin to double guess yourself. Am I doing the right thing for me....etc. good luck to uou both.

peanut butter
Every weight loss program is different. A little peanut butter shouldn't hurt as long as you do not make it a trigger and start eating to much of it.

Is this real life?!?
Congrats, your journey is about to begin...it's extremely normal to feel nervous and scared. Just remember you have done all the necessary research and you chose the right surgeon to perform the sleeve. Good Luck!!

Leveling off
Only you can truly answer what the best final weight for you will be. Right now you say 200 -210, but you may change your goal once you achieve this goal. First hit your initial goal and reevaluate then. Maybe you'll be happy at that weight or you might want to loose another 5 - 10 pounds. Just my 2 cents...

3 wks out and can't down any protein drinks but hungry all the time!
So sorry you have had a rough time. I was also sleeved on August 26th and I started feeling hungry this week, but luckily our new improved pouches can only take so much. I was nervous too when I started to feel this way earlier this week and I posted if this was normal. The amazing people from here provided great insight. Remember our bodies have been on a roller coaster and feeling hungry at this point is very normal. Just make sure you follow the guidelines given to you by your doctor and nutritionist.
