I geel like I can eat too much...opinions
In the scheme of things you are really not eating that much. Remember what you used to eat before. Everyone’s journey is different, some cannot eat much, some can eat more than other, but remember we are all eating so much less than we used too. Plus stalls happen, just don’t get discourage and keep on with the program, the weight will come off soon enough!!

Diabetic no more!
Awesome job...cheers to a healthier and a skinnier you!!

super excited
That's great...it feels good to eat pureed foods then soft solids I'm currently on. It gets easier once your off liquids. Plus our new and improved pouches can only hold very little now which is awesome.

Do you ever feel "normal" again?
it gets easier everyday. I'm 23 days post surgery (lost 45 pounds) and it hasn't been hard at all. My eating habits have changed and I love that food doesn't run my life anymore. Cheers to becoming healthier and skinnier at the same time!!

Oh i miss you, Mr Caffeine
I also loved Starbucks every morning for many years, but remember how many calories those drinks have. I have been off caffeine for roughly 2 months. I might stay off of caffeine because I know it might be a trigger for me.

Surgery 10/17/13 scared
it's absolutely normal to feel scared. I had the same feeling I have two young boys, one still in diapers. But you need to remember we are doing this to be healthier and be around longer for yourself, kids, family, etc. I stopped being scared once I woke up from the anesthesia. Have a good support system at the hospital. I had my wife and parents with me. Trust all the research you did on the procedure and the surgeons.

Am I big enough?
Only you can answer if your big enough for this surgery. You need to do all the research needed for you to be both mentally and physically ready for this journey. your BMI is 34.2 and your range (Obese Class I (Moderately obese)). I have BCBS and the requirement was >40.
