URGH, not too lucky…my NOT eating all of my calories has made the scale move UP, not down…I guess I will have to MAKE myself eat today

My hubby has always said he thought I looked fine the way I was and didn't want me to lose any more...he still does that, doesn't bother me - I take it as a compliment. I suppose the folks who tell you that could be saying it for the reason you stated...idk

YES, measure. I wish I would have before surgery. I measure probably once a week and I love when I have to change my "stats" - even when the scale doesn't move

I hear ya, but the cooking doesn't bother me too much...thankfully. I am still in that not wanting to eat mode, I kinda hope it continues through tomorrow :-P

I couldn't tolerate them at all. Every one that I tried made me sick as well sooo I totally understand - I will tell you I can tolerate and love the proti diet hot cocoa, Bari wise cappuccino, and Wonderslim cappucinno. They are kinda expensive but they taste good and have 15 g protein in 8 oz. And the BEST part...I can tolerate them without getting sick:):). Good luck

I know exactly what you mean!!! I can eat about 1/3 cup of beef and veggie soup now with crackers - where I used to could only do 1/4 cup it scares me soooo bad...I don't want to gain anything back or ever get back to what I was!!!

We are having fried turkey, ham, and smoke pork roast along with all the trimmings. I will definitely eat my protein first and whatever room I have left, I know I will eat green beans and probably some stuffing. I generally don't deprive myself of food (otherwise I would gorge on whatever it is I want), I just eat it in very small amounts. A bite will usually satisfy my craving and I'm good. We had our thanksgiving at work yesterday and that worked for me so I plan to do the same Thursday:)

I eat all the stuffing out of the sushi and leave the rice...I fill up too fast with rice and it's just not worth it when I want to taste the sushi, not just the rice

An elderly lady I know says that "ladies do not fart they fluff"...everytime I see your name it's all I can think about :-P And definitely do NOT trust a fart - at least not at first.

My hubby and my eldest daughter stayed. The hubby had already planned to stay, my daughter stayed cuz I was so sick ( I was one of the unfortunate ones who was deathly nauseated/vomiting/dry heaving). A good friend of mine didn't have anyone stay at all...it all depends on what you want, but I can say I told my hubby he didn't have to stay and he said he was staying with me anyway :-)
