Have you tried different Protein drinks? One of my favorite drinks is to mix a scoop of Sytrax nectar Lemon Tea with a little packet of Crystal Light peach mango tea into 20 oz of Water. Add a few ice cubes. I sip on that for a few hours. I also like powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury strawberry sorbet mixed with crystal light cherrypomegranate into 20 oz of Water. Not too thick, not too sweet.

I took the survey but the last question didn't have an answer for me but I had to pick one anyway. I'm just starting my journey.

If you'll go to the top and search on the Forum tab for "General Weightloss Surgery Forums" and then find food and Nutrition, there is a subforum for Proteins supplements. It's very helpful!! I wish they hadn't moved that information to General because it was so handy here. People don't know where it is.
unjury.com is a must! The chicken Protein is so good mixed with chicken broth. I also like the strawberry sorbet mixed with yogurt or mixed with Water and a packet of crystal light cherry/pom

What exactly does your policy state. For example, I had to be above 40 bmi for the last two previous years. So if you drop below that during your weight loss phase, perhaps it won't matter if you've been above 40 for previous years. Call your insurance company and ask about it.

I know it sounds like a pain to record everything that you put in your mouth but it will be very helpful in the long run. I had to do a 3 month supervised diet...

I didn't get a packet at the seminar but i did get one when I had my first consultation with the surgeon.

Maybe you can print out some articles for her to read...and reread and reread. Here's one that I really like.

Blender Ball container is very useful. I was going to use my blender but it makes the Protein powder foam up so much. Blender Ball works much better for Protein shakes.
Crystal light individual "go" packets to boost Protein Powder flavor,, especially if you are going to use the nectar Proteins like fuzzy navel.
Herbal tea - especially peppermint. It will sooth your new sleeve right after surgery.

I'm almost a month out and have zero complaints. I've had no complications or issues.
