So sorry for your stresses!! Try and get in more Fluid. Doesn't have to be plain water! Try flavored waters or add flavored drops.

What did your surgeon say about it? I am hypothyroid and losing at a steady rate. Slow and steady.

I'm also hypothryoid. My energy level returned in less than a week post op!

Honeysuckle brand makes precooked Italian Style Meatballs. They are very good and very soft. I pop a couple in the microwave and put a little marinara sauce on them. Very good!

I ate lots of sugar free popsicles. After a few days it does get better but I struggled to at first. You can do it!!
