I would binge on sweets before surgery. I realize I'm only 3 months out, but I have no desire for sugar at this point.

I found that I didn't care for thick shakes after surgery. But I love Syntrax nectar Lemon Tea. I add a little packet of Crystal Light Peach Mango tea to up the flavor. I actually look forward to drinking this every single afternoon!! I mix it with 20 oz of Water and add ice. -
Water tastes odd to me now so I use mio drops every day.

My insurance approved in 3 days. Some take 2 weeks or longer. Good luck!

Feb 10 to today isn't 3 months and 1 week. I think you accidentally miscalculated. (I was sleeved on the 6th is why I caught that so quickly!) I've lost 30 pounds since surgery so I don't think you should be disappointed with your loss. Getting really upset just fires off cortisol and slows down losses. Concentrate on each and every positive thing you are doing. -

You are still swollen from surgery. If you follow the directions of your surgeon, the weight will come off. -

2 weeks prior.. 2-3 Protein drinks per day. Light meal at night. -
You'll be surprised at how differently you look at food post surgery. I can look at a cake and not have the slightest urge to eat it.
