Put the scales away!! Best thing I did for myself.

I'm almost 6 weeks out. I had minimal pain. Slept in my own bed the first night home. (was in hospital 2 nights). Went to the grocery store 2 days after I got home. No problems. Just couldn't lift anything over 10 lbs per my surgeon. I don't think I would have had trouble with stairs. BUT... everyone is different!

I'm sorry about that appt!! How frustrating for you. Maybe after the test someone will answer your questions.

I know it's hard not to weigh daily because I'm bad about it, too. I finally had to put mine away. I will only weigh 1x a month for now. It's too frustrating!! -
I've been a little uncomfortable a few times but have never "crossed the line" yet. I try to undereat my sleeve.

I've added it to chili to up the Protein. It wasn't horrible but not something I would buy again. Some people really like it. -

I like Quest bars, too. They make two types that are sweetened differently. The one I get has stevia or another natural sweetner (name isn't coming to me right now) as a sweetner. The Double chocolate Chunk and Coconut Cashew are very good. -
