      It depends. If you are on the clear liquid phase (unless advised by your doctor) no. If you are on full liquid or soft foods phase, then yes, it should be okay.

    thought i was at my first stall because the numbers on the scale havnt moved for a week...so i tried my sisters scale and turns out mine has something wrong with it and im 11 lbs less than i thought !

      not sure if it's okay as far as the sleeve is concerned.. I am lapband.. I can eat it but it's definitely not a protein food.

      Yes I eat ice cream, but you have to try a frozen fat free pudding cup ! Delish ! Taste like ice cream but lower in cal, fat etc.

      Tried the ice cream...definetly was not as good as i remember lol! took one tiny little bite and changed my mind

      You shouldn't expect weight loss this soon out of surgery. First month is healing. Scale could go up and down right now.
