Trish....how long did you wait until you called...they just sent mine in this week and said it could take up to 3 to 4 weeks but it was my understanding the insurance company has to give you a reply within 3 weeks (normally . . unless it is sitting on someone's desk...YIKES!)

My doctor is in the process of sending a letter to United Health Care. I have enlarged heart and Type 2 Diabetes...plus being 50% over my body weight. Has anyone else had good luck with United Health Care and know any ins and outs. Thanks! (I am new to all of this.)
