I started cycle today and had to go grocery shopping today. I went down and reviewed crackers. Found one with 12 carbs 2.5 fat for 8 crackers....70 calories btw. I placed them in basket. I walked around store for 15 mins . I left crackers....I was so proud of myself cause man did I want them

It's been 1 week now and I haven't had a BM! I've taken MOM for the past 2 days plus a stool softener and nothing yet! I was pretty regular up until this. I'm 3.5 weeks postop. I don't feel constipated or bloated. And I hate taking the MOM and stool softener though because they make me almost vomit! Yuck! I don't know what to do. I have some fiber that I could add to a shake, but per my NUT, I'm trying to get my Protein from my food and not shakes now. I guess if nothing happens soon I'll have to get an enima.

I think my problem is my Fluid intake. I am barely getting 40 oz in per day. It kills me to get that...will shoot for 64 today

Hang in there....it will get better. The first week is kinda rough. I had elevated temp as well during that first week.

Also try to keep your carbs under 40 grams per day. From what I have read 20 is the number and the weight falls off pretty good. Did you have surgery in the States? If so I would contact my surgeon and speak to the nut .

What are you eating everyday

Have your Dr send you for sleep apnea test.....

The scale finally started moving again. I am now 220. I have dr visit tomorrow. Hopefully I will be down another pound. It seems I lose in spurts...long as I'm not gaining. Can't wait till soft foods. Dreaming of chicken breast in cream of mushroom baked. I can't wait. I hope to lose 4 more pounds by next Tuesday so that would make my day.

Focus on the positive and relax....Everything will be fine. remember that no two individuals journey in life is the same. I am almost three weeks out and everything went fine. Everyone has different heath issues that May or may not have contributed to these unfortunate outcomes. Make sure your health is were it needs to be pre op and everything will be fine

do not take it again.....I am allergic to almost all atibotics and I found that out the hard way......I was hospitilized over a month because I developed Steven Johnson syndrome. The Dr. Was trying to clear up an infection I had and kept telling me to take when it was making me Ill. Go straight to your primary Dr when you get home.....good luck

I can't date extremely thin men....I like my guys to feel a certain way. If they are under 200 no way. I think it's just a personal preference.

Take no risks with your health. Inform your primary of the issue immediately. My primary doctor held up my surgery due to increased heart rate. He sent me to two separate cardiologists. I finally had surgery two weeks ago. I had everything completed in June. I also have auto immune disease so I have to be extra careful. The approval should be good for 6 months. Also my aunt had gastric bypass and she has thyroid condition. Once it's under control you should be all set. Good luck

My primary care doctor took me thru the ringer as well. I finally had to call the insurance company on him to get him to release my medical records to the surgeon. It was the worst.....stay positive and know that it will happen. Good luck.
