I would absolutely love to go to size 4...I love being small.....years ago
Was able to get to 6 and wanted to go smaller. how long did it take for you to go to 0.

Don't worry, I have two different scales as well. Both say something different. The sleeve is a tool and be grateful for that pound a week..... It will be at least 52 pounds for the year. Plus ur going to loss way more than that at first.
Our numbers are similar I started at 242 and her it is 8 1/2 months later and I'm down to 179....it's been hard but worth every second.
Don't worry as time goes on you will be able to eat more than ur currently eating. I eat abt 700-800 cal per day.

I keep Phillips milk of magnesia in my refrigerator....if not It will be every 7 days for me.....i get the big bottle and take the plastic tip for dosage and fill it to the top. It will work within 2 hours. I do this twice a week

OMG....the Protein Shakes and 64 ounces of Water did the trick. I went from 181.4 to 179.6.....finally this morning. Also I was added inch splash of cranberry to my water I cut that out as well.

Ok everyone....I have finally hit 179 on my digital scale. My other scale shows 3 pounds less but I go by the digital. Over the past week I have upped my Water to 64 ounces. 1 Protein Shake per day and one Protein per day. Had rib eye steak. Less than 20 grams of carbs and it finally worked. Lost 2.8 pounds. I am so excited to see the 70's

I haven't been eating all the way right however I keep my calories below 800....I started back on Protein Shakes today. Let's see how this goes....we can do this....I need to reach goal.....I'm starting to feel like a failure.

I have been stuck at 180 to 183 for the past two months. It will be nine 9 months for me on the 17th. I started at 242. I am not losing I am afraid I will not make goal of 140. Is anyone else going thru something similar.

Glad to know that I'm not the only one still struggling. I am hoping that my weight will go to the70's this month....it's been 2 months in the 80's....continue to stick to plan and will check in next week to see how everyone is doing

Omg.....I am so glad to see others going thru this.... I am stuck between 182 - 180 for the last 2 weeks..... I have only lost 60 pounds and it's been 32 weeks. Afraid I'm not going to make goal within year......started back on liquids today....am going to try only this for 10 days and see what happens

Every single day.....3 to 4 times a day.....I only record weight I see between 8-9 am. That's when my weight adjusts from the night before.

thanks for the tips. I will try one of them. Where do yo purchase vitatopsGood job! When Im craving something because of that "time" I go for some hot chocolate (skim milk with Sugar Free Chocolate syrup) or a chocolate covered strawberry or vitatops makes a double chocolate muffin top that has Vitamins and fiber and its nice and rich. That usually quenches the hormonal craving for me.

Ignore them....that's what I did when my aunts attempted to say anything to me. I do what's best for me...point blank and the period. Your going to do great. He'll if it was that easy to lose weight we all would be thin. I've been thin and I've been large and I needed help. Don't be ashamed to admit that u need more than what ur capable of doing on your own.
