Hey, How are things going for you? I've been out of touch for a while now. Are you still in Schweinfurt? Still here in Wiesbaden. I won't see Weiner again until August which is 1 year out for me. I'm down 70lbs today. Not easy but I'm progressing. Update me.

I have lost 65 lbs. Of course, I'm wanting to lose more each day. I'm filled almost to the max. I don't think I can take anymore of a fill. It would be too tight. So, I've got to continue to execise and eat right. How did your tummy tuck heal? Is your tummy flat? Can't wait until I get mine.

How is it going since your fill? I'm down 65 lbs now. Feel great but I'm almost to my max on restriction. I just want to continue losing. I have a lot more to lose. Best wishes to you.

I'm new to the challenges but I need one. I'm stuck and I need the motivation. Only 1 small fill so far. Doc wouldn't fill me b/c I had lost 50 pounds in the first 3 months but haven't lost too much since. So, here goes.... currently: 255 goal: 240 I go in for a fill on the 25th. Re-hired my personal trainer today! Best wishes to all! -

Sorry I didn't see your post sooner. I did have Weiner. I didn't get a "clear cut" liquid diet. I just did clear liquids to the best of my abilities. So, how are you doing? How much have you lost? I've lost about 50+ lbs. I'm stuck. I need a fill. I'm going on the 25th. Can't wait.

Good to hear you got past your wall! It's a good thing you didn't give up. The one thing my personal trainer tells me is that you have to change your exercises. She never lets me do the same routine twice. I love her and how she mixes things up so that my body doesn't get used to it. Keep up the good work! I can't wait to get back into a size 16. I wish you much success to onederland!:rolleyes2:

One thing about German restaurants, they have very fresh salads. You should take your own dressing just to ensure the fat and calories are good to go. Where are you going in Germany? Stay away from the kiosks with the horrible stuff. Pick one day on your trip and treat yourself to something you once enjoyed. Make sure that day you do some extra walking or exercise that morning and that evening. I live in Wiesbaden and have to face all those wonderful temptations. It can be done. When I mess up, I just exercise alot harder.:regular_smile: This teaches me that it is sometimes not worth that moment on my lips. My proudest moment was when I was on liquids (preop), our church threw my dh a party at a wonderful restaurant. I sat and watched everyone eat ribeyes, t-bones, smoked salmon, baked potatoes, delicious double chocolate birthday cake and I had tomato Soup. Think about how bad you want to reach your goal! Work hard at it! Best Wishes!

Hey ladies, I am a pastor's wife with the band. We are Americans living in Germany and pastoring an international flock. God is awesome. I was banded 29 Aug and am on my way to a better life. Hey Girlfriends, I had surgery 29 Aug. I have had one fill of 0.7cc. Not feeling too much restriction but trying my best to stay on track. It's a hard thing to do. I've lost 39 lbs. I've hired a personal trainer who has put 5lbs of muscle on me which is good. From 23 Sept to now, I've lost 2 1/2 inches off my waist and 1 inch off each thigh! :laugh: Now, I'm learning to appreciate NSV (non-scale victories). I'm grateful to God that He allowed me to take this path. Let's hear some more updates!

Congratulations!!! You look wonderful! You actually look like your before pics daughter. Keep up the good work. I was just banded and am still on liquids with no fill yet. Can't wait to start going down.
